Your phone system--what type is it?  VoIP?  Landlines?  do you use fiber, T1's?

is it internet based?

 

as far as your computers go---do you know the IP address of the computer you use?  do you know where to find it?  do you have in-house servers or are you cloud based.  how is your system networked?

What type of backup do you do?.

Do you use laptops, tablets, desktop?  familiarize yourself with the different options which seem to change daily.  

Portals?  kiosks?
