Please note:  The AOA Resource Manual is a comprehensive resource for the COPM examination.   While it doesn't address every concept in the Content Outline, it does address a majority of concepts.  This is a process where if you use your background, study a little, and prepare a little, you will hopefully be successful.

The exam will be available online shortly and we will give a paper examination at the Annual meeting.  Don't stress out as our goal is to make you comfortable with the types of questions and how to take this type of exam.

This is an opportunity to see what kinds of questions comprise the exam and for you to gauge what areas you will focus on in the next 12 weeks. Remember, for some HR will be a struggle or let's say an area of opportunity where others will find Finance to be the area or where they feel like they need to focus.
